Large back deck, Pergola and Outdoor Kitchen
In this backyard makeover, Rycon Building Services not only completed the carpentry projects but also oversaw design and completion of all landscaping elements.
This deck was created using a beautiful spotted gum timber, the insulated pergola was erected to create a practical and shaded area and the glass balustrade was added for aesthetically pleasing safety. Stairs were also created leading down to an awesome fire pit, perfectly complimented by the sandstone retaining wall.
Finally, the outdoor kitchen was created using the same Spotted Gum timber, for an integrated yet practical look. Electricity and Gas were also connected for the fridge and BBQ.
New Build Project
This new build consisted of erection of a steel frame and trusses, cladding both internal and external, eaves, pergola, fixout and fireplace erection.
Renovation and Remedial Building Project
This project involved to fix an exsisting renovation by another contractor that leaked. The roof and deck needed to be replaced and the water leakage corrected.
